Surprisingly, she shares a home — and a complicated family tie — with Koo Do-won, a 4th-year resident. Meanwhile, new rivalries also brew. Myung Eun-won, a sharp-tongued fellow doctor, arrives from Yulje’s main hospital, setting the stage for tension and growth.

Where Is Yulje Hospital, Really?

In the drama, Yulje Hospital’s Jongno Branch is where most of the action takes place.
But here’s a fun fact — the real-life filming location is Yongin Severance Hospital, located in Dongbaek, Yongin (just outside of Seoul).
Though the story places it in Seoul’s historic Jongno district, much of the filming was done here. And like many medical dramas, indoor scenes were mostly shot on detailed studio sets.
